Depending on the service you choose, certain tours have packages with accommodation, meals and tickets to museums and parks. Please consult the details of each tour or service.
Penalties for cancellation of reservation made more than 30 days in advance will not be applied. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days, Mundo do Flamingo is entitled to a penalty of 30% of the total reservation value.
Upon online reservation (by email), we 30% deposit of the total value.
You’ll need to pay 100% of total price, 8 days or earlier before the start of the tour.
Through Bank Transference, after which you will receive the voucher (confirmation of the reservation). In the near future we will accept new payment methods.

Mundo Flamingo Tours collects personally identifiable information that you provide in order to respond to your requests, such as for processing your requests or reservations and sending newsletters and new promotions by e-mail.

The information we collect and store is only the information you give us, such as name, address, email or phone number.

Whenever you access our website, we will record your IP address (the Internet address of your computer), to determine what part of the World you visit and how much time you spend in each session. We do not associate the IP address with any Personal Information you give us.

The tours of Flamingo World Tours are fully covered by compulsory insurance for this activity, including:

On our website, at www.mundoflamingotours.com, you will find a detailed description of each of our tours, as well as what is included.

Visits with specialized local guides should be requested when booking the tour.
Unless otherwise noted, our tours do not include guests’ meals.

The listed price of the tours is per person, depending on the number of participants of the group.
Our services are customized and tailored to each client. If you want to follow up on 100% of the monuments and museums we can give you the option of being accompanied by 2 members of our team. In this case you will be a driver and guide who will be fully at your service to accompany you during all visits.

There is no minimum age to participate in our tours. The client undertakes to inform at the time of booking, the existence of children under 13 years, so that we can provide their safety equipment, according to the applicable legislation and in order to ensure maximum safety on board.
