The tour starts at a scheduled time and location in Fátima. If you’re not in Fátima you can request a transfer from our team. In Batalha, we will be going to visit the great Monastery of Santa Maria da Vitória, a World Heritage Site and a true masterpiece of the Gothic style, dating from the 14th century. After the Monastery of Batalha visit, we set out to visit the Monastery of Santa Maria de Alcobaça, which is the best, most expressive and stunning document of Cistercian architecture in all of Christian Europe. At the end of the afternoon, we will take a leisurely stroll through Nazaré, one of the most famous beaches in Portugal with beautiful scenery of giant waves coming from the Atlantic Ocean.
